All “Pavilion” buildings come with FREE DELIVERY AND FITTING within 100 miles of our show site. Want to customise your building? Please get in touch with us directly and we will be happy to assist you.

This Noah garden room comes complete with everything you need, including:
- Pressure treated tanalised Ex 22mm t&g cladding (Walls);
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Framework;
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Roof joists;
- Tanalised Ex 16mm t&g roof boards;
- Tanalised Ex 22mm t&g floor;
- 6ft 6 to the eaves (externally);
- 8ft to the top of the ridge (externally);
- Choice of 4ft Georgian glass double door or single door complete with lock and handles;
- Up to 6 x Georgian fixed windows (opening windows available for additional fee);
- 4ft veranda area;
- EPDM Rubber roof;
- Damp proof course.
