    Extra Height

    Would you like to increase the low side from 6ft 6 to 7ft 6? If you select the additional height, you will also need to select the EPDM Rubber roof upgrade.  This will change any apex buildings to a pent.

    Delivery and Fitting

    We offer free delivery and fitting on all Georgian and Contemporary models within 100 miles of our showsite in TF7 4QN. If you’re outside of this please contact us for a quote to come and delivery and install the building in your area.

  • Ground screw base

    Our ground screw base foundation are an environmentally friendly solution that is quick and easy to install in soft ground. It's low impact on local wildlife and immediate load ability means you save time, money and the environment. This solution also means there is no need for digging, concrete and general mess you would normally create with a traditional foundation, saving time & extensive labour. Our ground screw base option includes the materials required and professional installation by one of our teams at Noah.

The combination buildings are all about maximising the use and space of your new garden room. The summerhouse comes with a built in combined area. The combined area could be a side shed, ideal for storage, an outside bar ready for the summer nights, open fronted hot tub jacuzzi room perfect for all weather use after a hard day, or an outside table and chair area made for those family summer evenings.

This Noah garden room comes complete with everything you need, including:
