Our Contemporary range is another premium model with large glass joinery windows and doors. Doors are supplied with a lock and handles. This model is a favourite for our customers who like to spend time in there new garden room with ample day light and a modern studio finish.

This Noah garden room comes complete with everything you need, including:

- Pressure treated tanalised Ex 22mm t&g cladding (Walls);
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Framework;
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Roof joists;
- Tanalised Ex 16mm t&g roof boards;
- Tanalised Ex 22mm t&g floor;
- 6ft 6 to the eaves (externally);
- 8ft to the top of the ridge (externally);
- Choice of contemporary glass double door or single door complete with lock and handles;
- Up to 4 x contemporary toughened fixed glass windows (opening windows available for additional fee);

- EPDM rubber roof;
- Damp proof course.
