Here we would like to introduce our Lydian Georgian Garden Rooms. It’s sheer presence and stylish design with large joinery doors and windows benefit from a generous amount of natural light, making this garden room an ideal space haven for multiple uses. Our Georgian garden room range is a premium model with hand made joinery windows and doors. Doors come complete with lock and handles. With a classic Georgian design yet modern twist, it adds a very special feature to your garden.
This Noah garden room comes complete with everything you need, including:
- Reverse Apex Roof;
- Pressure treated tanalised Ex 22mm t&g cladding (Walls);
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Framework;
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Roof joists and floor bearers;
- Tanalised Ex 16mm t&g roof boards;
- Tanalised thick sawn floor boards;
- 6ft 6 to the eaves (externally);
- 8ft to the top of the ridge (externally);
- Choice of 4ft Georgian glass double door or single door complete with lock and handles;
- Up to 4 x Georgian fixed windows (opening windows available for additional fee);
- 2ft roof canopy with supports;
- Heavy Duty Polyester Felt;
