Garden Office
Leave the laptop set up. Close the door on the washing. Give your working day a room of its own.
We build insulated garden offices to your measurements in our Shropshire workshop, then deliver and fit them with our own team. Choose a compact space for one desk or a larger room for two people, with the layout planned around how you work.
Garden Pods with electrics as an optional upgrade. Garden Rooms with electrics included.

Choosing your range
Your office is a use, rather than a separate product range. Start with the space you need and the features you want included.
Design & Get An Instant Price for Garden Pods
Our Garden Pods give you made-to-measure, insulated space at a more accessible starting price. Foil insulation and vinyl flooring are included. Electrics and the foundation are optional extras, so include those in the discussion before comparing your finished project price.
From £6,976
Design & Get An Instant Price for Garden Rooms
Mineral wool and PIR insulation, electrics and laminate flooring are included in our Garden Rooms range. You have more layout choices, with optional partition walls, heating and connectivity to discuss around your working day. Foundation supply and installation are optional.
From £9,368
Design & Get An Instant Price for Signature Garden Rooms
Signature brings SIP construction, electrics and foundation supply and installation into our premium turnkey range. It suits customers who want us to take care of more of the building project, with the finish and layout agreed around their brief.
From £12,727
A room can look generous when it is empty. Measure your desk, chair and storage first, allowing room to pull the chair back and walk past it. If two people will work here, include both workstations and think about what happens when your calls overlap.
Position the windows around the desks, rather than squeezing the desks around the windows afterwards. Daylight is welcome; a bright window reflected in your screen is less useful. Tell us where you would like to sit and what you want behind you on video calls.
For separate work areas, discuss Partition Walls & Internal Doors on the Garden Rooms or Signature range.
Your laptop is only the start. Include monitors, desk lighting and any other equipment in your electrical brief, alongside the heating you want to use.
The internal electrical package is included on Garden Rooms and Signature and is an optional upgrade on Pods. Confirm the specified package in your quotation. Connection of the garden room to the main property electrical supply is not included unless expressly stated within the quotation. This work can be quoted separately if required, subject to a site survey and the requirements of our electrical contractor.
Do not assume your indoor Wi-Fi will reach the bottom of the garden. Tell us what your work needs, whether that is reliable video calls or moving large files. Wi-Fi & Connectivity is an optional feature on Garden Rooms and Signature.
Insulation matters when you are sitting at a desk for hours. So does having the right heating for colder days and a way to manage fresh air and summer sunshine.
Our Garden Rooms use mineral wool and PIR insulation, with heating and air conditioning available as options. We will discuss those choices with you rather than treating insulation alone as a promise of the same temperature in every season.

Where we install
Looking for a garden room company near you? Our own team installs across the Midlands, Wales, the North West and Yorkshire, with no third-party haulier and qualified electrical contractors carrying out electrical work. Inside the ring, delivery and installation are included in your price. The zone covers 50 counties, reaching County Durham in the north, Suffolk and Essex in the east, Devon and Dorset in the south, and the west Wales coast.
Further afield we still build and install. Ask us and we will quote the delivery separately rather than folding it in quietly.
Select a green county to open its location page. The workshop sits at the centre of the ring.
How it works
Our own building team, with qualified electrical contractors for electrical work. The people who design your building are the people who make it and install it, typically in under a week on site, with a 4–8 week lead time.

2
Made to measure in our UK workshop, with the construction, insulation and electrical specification agreed for your chosen range.
3
By our own installation team, typically in under a week on site.
4
Structural guarantee and real aftercare, from the team that built it.
Case studies

Yes, provided the layout gives both people enough usable space. Measure both desks and storage, then allow for chairs and access. If calls often overlap, discuss whether a partitioned layout would help. A partition alone should not be treated as a soundproof barrier.
For a workspace, measure the actual desk, chair movement and storage you need through a normal working day. Include a second person or visiting colleague if that is part of the brief. Position screens with daylight and glare in mind, and think about privacy during calls. Decide where power and data connections should arrive before the interior is finished. A compact office can work well when circulation, storage and equipment are planned together instead of being added after the building dimensions are chosen.
Plan a dependable connection around the way you will use the room, whether that is video calls, gaming, streaming or ordinary browsing. Distance, walls and the garden layout can affect the suitability of a wireless connection. Discuss the route and responsibility for any data cabling alongside electrical and other site work before surfaces are finished. Routers, network equipment, service subscriptions and specialist setup should be clearly allocated. The building alone cannot guarantee a connection speed or make an existing home network suitable for every use.
The internal electrical package depends on the range: Garden Rooms and Signature include electrics, while Garden Pods offer them as an optional upgrade. Connection of the garden room to the main property electrical supply is not included unless expressly stated within the quotation. This work can be quoted separately if required, subject to a site survey and the requirements of our electrical contractor.
Distinguish the electrical pack inside the building from the connection back to the property's supply. Connection to the main property supply is not included unless expressly stated in the quotation; it can be separately quoted where appropriate, subject to the site and contractor requirements. The cable route, existing supply and intended loads need assessment by a qualified electrical contractor. Include those arrangements in the overall project budget rather than assuming that a building described as having electrics is ready to power every proposed appliance.
Foundation supply and installation are optional on Pods and Garden Rooms, and included on Signature. We will need to understand your site before confirming the project scope.
Separate the foundation itself from everything needed to make the site ready. Clearing vegetation, removing an old structure, dealing with changes in level and arranging service trenches may be distinct parts of the project. Ask which tasks are included and which require separate quotations. Signature and Granny Annexe packages have different foundation inclusions from the lower ranges, so check the current specification for your selection. Agree the sequence of work so that the building team arrives at a properly prepared site.
The foundation must be suitable for the chosen building and the actual ground conditions. An existing patio, shed base or apparently level area is not automatically ready for a new room. Confirm dimensions, support requirements, finished level and the relationship with nearby paths or boundaries before commissioning work. If you intend to use your own contractor, obtain the required specification first and make responsibility for preparation, inspection and any corrective work clear between the parties before installation is scheduled.
A Pod can suit a compact home-working brief. Include the electrics upgrade in your budget, and discuss how you will heat and connect the space. If you want more layout choices or integrated comfort options, compare the Garden Rooms range.

Our typical lead time is around 4–8 weeks, with installation usually taking under a week on site. We will confirm the expected timing for your project; these are guides rather than a promised installation date.
A project timetable involves more than the days spent assembling the building. The specification needs to be agreed, relevant approvals addressed, the site prepared and any separate services coordinated. Ask the team for the current manufacturing and installation schedule for your actual order. Weather, access, ground conditions or changes to the brief can affect arrangements. Avoid booking furniture deliveries, client appointments or an opening event around an assumed installation date until the programme and handover expectations have been confirmed.
Show the full journey from the road to the proposed building position. Useful details include the narrowest gate or passage, tight turns, steps, changes in level, overhead obstructions and a possible stopping point for the installation vehicle. Photographs are more informative when accompanied by measurements and an explanation of any shared access. Do not remove a fence, book lifting equipment or assume materials can pass through the house until the installation arrangements have been reviewed and agreed with the team.
