Following the success of our Lydian garden room, we now offer the Lydian Eco Pod Garden Room – the same great design but with a whole host of extras. The deluxe range is designed for all year use.
Only question we cannot answer is what you will use your new deluxe garden room for? An additional out house room to relax with family or friends? Games room? Mancave? Gym?
All of our PVC and aluminium doors and windows comes with a 10 year frame warranty along with a two year glass warranty for ultimate peace of mind.
The size of the building in the photos is 14ftx10ft, but this can be made in any size to suit your requirements.
This Noah Garden Room comes complete with everything you need, including:
- Reverse apex roof;
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Framework;
- Tanalised (CLS 4×2) Roof Joists and floor bearers;
- Ex 22mm Heavy Duty Interlocking Cladding (Walls);
- Structural Grade OSB 3 Roof;
- Structural Grade OSB 3 Floor;
- Optional Vinyl Colour Choice.
- Other flooring upgrades available;
- 6ft 6 to the eaves (externally);
- 8ft to the top of the ridge (externally);
- Up to 4 x white double glazed PVC fixed windows (1524mmx457mm). Upgrades to other colours available;
- 4ft white double glazed PVC doors (2050mm x 1200mm). Upgrades to other colours available;
- 2ft roof canopy;
- EPDM rubber roof (other upgrades available);
- Walls insulated with Premium foil insulation and fully boarded with 9mm Bead & Butt;
- MultiFoil insulation in the roof and floors (Equivalent to 55mm of Polystyrene Insulation)
- Damp proof membrane;

Hand-crafted in our Shropshire workshop, the Lydian Eco Pod Garden Room builds on the popular Lydian design with Ex 22mm Heavy Duty Interlocking Cladding, giving you natural warmth, durability and year-round comfort in a compact footprint.
A striking reverse-apex roof, full premium-foil insulation to walls, roof and floor, wide PVC double doors and up to four matching windows flood the interior with light, all protected by an EPDM rubber roof. Delivered and professionally fitted free within 100 miles of our show site, it’s a ready-to-enjoy space for work, fitness or laid-back entertaining.
