The Statesman garden room is a popular garden studio. Completed with a generous amount of UPVC glass windows it radiates grace and sophistication. It’s perfect for a home office.
The size of the building in the photos is 20ftx10ft, but feel free to customise the size below.
All of our PVC and aluminium doors and windows comes with a 10 year frame warranty along with a two year glass warranty for ultimate peace of mind.
This Noah garden room comes complete with everything you need, including:
- Pressure treated tanalised Ex 22mm t&g cladding (Walls);
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Framework;
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Roof joists;
- Tanalised Ex 16mm t&g roof boards;
- Tanalised Ex 22mm t&g floor;
- 6ft 8 to the eaves (externally);
- 8ft to the top of the ridge (externally);
- Up to 6 x white double glazed uPVC windows (Choice of 2100mmx600mm or 1524mmx457mm);
- 4ft white double glazed uPVC doors (2100mmx1200mm);
- EPDM rubber roof;
- Damp proof course.

Hand-built in our Shropshire workshop, the Statesman Elite Garden Room couples 22 mm pressure-treated tongue-and-groove timber with refined uPVC glazing, creating a light-filled studio that looks smart and stands up to British weather for years. The generous run of tall windows and wide double doors flood the interior with daylight, making it a perfect home office or creative retreat.
Supported by a tanalised 3 × 2 frame, finished with a tongue-and-groove roof and floor, and protected by a hard-wearing EPDM rubber roof and damp-proof course, it’s built for year-round comfort and peace of mind. Delivered and professionally fitted free within 150 miles of our show site, the Statesman Elite arrives ready for work, relaxation or anything in between.
