    Extra Height

    Would you like to increase the low side from 6ft 6 to 7ft 6? If you select the additional height, you will also need to select the EPDM Rubber roof upgrade.  This will change any apex buildings to a pent.

  • Ground screw base

    Our ground screw base foundation are an environmentally friendly solution that is quick and easy to install in soft ground. It's low impact on local wildlife and immediate load ability means you save time, money and the environment. This solution also means there is no need for digging, concrete and general mess you would normally create with a traditional foundation, saving time & extensive labour. Our ground screw base option includes the materials required and professional installation by one of our teams at Noah.

Welcome to Noah Garden Rooms. This building has been hand crafted in our Shropshire based workshop.

All our Georgian garden building range come with FREE DELIVERY AND FITTING within 100 miles of our show site.  Want to customise your building? Please get in touch with us directly and we will be happy to assist you.  If there is a size you are looking for which you cannot find, please contact our office for a free quotation.

Our Georgian garden room range is a premium model with hand made joinery windows and doors. Doors come complete with lock and handles. With a classic Georgian design yet modern twist, it adds a very special feature to your garden.

The size of the building in the photos is 20ftx10ft, but feel free to customise the size below

This Noah garden room comes complete with everything you need, including:

  • Pressure treated tanalised Ex 22mm t&g cladding (Walls);
  • Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Framework;
  • Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Roof joists;
  • Tanalised Ex 16mm t&g roof boards;
  • Tanalised thick sawn floor boards;
  • 6ft 6 to the eaves (externally);
  • 8ft to the top of the ridge (externally);
  • Choice of 4ft Georgian glass double door or single door complete with lock and handles;
  • Up to 12 x Georgian fixed windows (opening windows available for additional fee);
  • Heavy Duty Polyester Felt.
