Our Statesman Deluxe models are extremely popular as garden offices, man caves and play rooms – with an excellent design and long glass which enhances the look in any garden! Complete with up to 8 PVC windows, a double door and numerous other upgrades – you will keep staring at this building with pride!
The size of the building in the photos is 20ftx10ft, but this can be made in any size to suit your requirements.
All of our PVC and aluminium doors and windows comes with a 10 year frame warranty along with a two year glass warranty for ultimate peace of mind.
This Noah Garden Room comes complete with everything you need, including:
- Pent roof;
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) framework;
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) roof joists;
- Pressure treated tanalised Ex 22mm loglap cladding (walls);
- Tanalised Ex 16mm roof boards;
- Tanalised Ex 22mm tongue and groove floor; or
- Tanalised thick sawn floor boards (if vinyl selected);
- Other flooring upgrades available;
- 8ft to the top of the ridge to 7ft6 to the eaves externally (excluding canopy);
- Up to 8 x white double glazed uPVC windows (Choice of 2100mmx600mm or 1524mmx457mm);
- 4ft white double glazed uPVC doors (2100mmx1200mm);
- Different colour uPVC upgrades available;
- EPDM rubber roof (other upgrades available);
- Walls insulated with insulation roll and fully boarded with 9mm plywood or white MDF;
- MultiFoil insulation in the roof and floors (Equivalent to 55mm of Polystyrene Insulation)
- Choice of external paint colours;
- Damp proof membrane;
