The combination buildings are all about maximising the use and space of your new garden room. The summerhouse comes with a built in combined area. The combined area could be a side shed, ideal for storage, an outside bar ready for the summer nights, open fronted hot tub jacuzzi room perfect for all weather use after a hard day, or an outside table and chair area made for those family summer evenings.
This Noah garden room comes complete with everything you need, including:
- Choice your combination type and size;
- Pressure treated tanalised Ex 22mm t&g cladding (Walls);
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Framework;
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Roof joists;
- Tanalised Ex 16mm t&g roof boards;
- Tanalised Ex 22mm t&g floor;
- 6ft 8 to the eaves (externally);
- 8ft to the top of the ridge (externally);
- Choice of contemporary glass double door 1155mm x 1934mm or single door 810mm x 1934mm;
- Up to 6 x contemporary glass fixed windows (opening windows and other sizes available for additional fee);
- Solid partition;
- EPDM Rubber roof;
- Damp proof course.
