Big windows and glazed doors make your office feel more spacious. Opening windows and roof vents help regulate temperature and bring in fresh air.

We pre-wire your office for lighting, sockets and internet access. Whether you use Wi-Fi, 4G or cable, we make sure you’re always connected.

Add panelling, built-in furniture or acoustic upgrades to make your office feel cosy and professional. We help you strike the right tone for your workday.

A small garden office should feel solid and secure, not flimsy or temporary. That’s why we use the same weatherproof construction and energy-efficient insulation as our larger builds. You’ll stay warm in winter, cool in summer and focused whatever the forecast. Every detail is chosen to keep you comfortable and productive year-round. These structures aren’t just compact – they’re high-spec and built to last for years with minimal upkeep.

We use breathable membranes, pressure-treated timber and waterproof roofing to keep your office dry and draught-free in any season.

High-grade insulation in the floor, roof and walls ensures steady indoor temperatures. This helps reduce running costs and keeps noise out.

We install double-glazed windows and secure doors to improve energy performance and create a quiet, professional environment.

Each office is built off-site in our UK workshop and installed on-site with care. Our team ensures every edge, joint and surface fits perfectly.

Really happy with our garden room… From the first visit to the showroom, to the final handing over of the keys.
Sales team and build team were professional and friendly. Always responded quickly to any queries and changes we wanted.
Left the site clean tidy on completion.
The room is exactly as imagined and can’t wait to start using it. Sure to add value to our property.

From ordering through to delivery the service was faultless. The Ashbourne garden room is well designed and solidly constructed. Communication from the Noah team was excellent with lots of updates and advice. The fitters arrived spot on time and worked hard to complete the installation, were very friendly and conscientious. They left the room and surrounding area spotless. Would not hesitate to recommend Noah to anyone considering getting a garden room from them.

I purchased a Mylor composite garden office from Noah garden rooms. Initially my partner and I were trepidatious about the base and delivery and the length of our garden as the stipulations by Noah were quite specific and our garden was quite away from the main road. I sent a video and multiple pictures of the site and then the base after it had been constructed, all the while liaising with Megan and Tilly at customer services to make sure everything went smoothly. On the day of the delivery the lads turned up nice and early and began work straight away. They didn’t mention how far away the site was or that we had to help because of the distance, just began work on the office. Unlike some workmen who spend all their time having lunch in their van these boys worked hard and for the two days kept me upto date as they went. I’m very happy with the office itself and can understand why the specifications are so specific. It’s been a month now and I love it, I spend a lot of time in there and have now made half into a library. Would recommend Noah to anybody who listened.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Really knowledgeable staff and so so helpful. Megan was so patient in answering all of my ridiculous questions. I have never ordered anything like this before, but the process was so easy and I felt very confident in what I was ordering as the website is really easy to navigate with really helpful information. The room was delivered and erected seamlessly with really polite, knowledgeable and courteous workmen. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I absolutely love my garden room – everything is exactly as I ordered and it looks fantastic. All of my expectations have been exceeded. I can’t believe what an easy and calm process it was from start to finish. Thank you so much.

In most cases, you won’t need planning permission to install a small garden office. As long as the height stays below 2.5 metres and the structure sits within your garden boundaries, your build will usually fall under permitted development rules. These rules apply to outbuildings that are not used as permanent dwellings or placed too close to a boundary.
However, if your garden is in a conservation area or the building is to be used for regular client visits, you should check with your local authority. We’ll guide you through the regulations and ensure your new office is compliant with all relevant rules.
We’ve also put together a detailed guide on when you do and don’t need planning permission.

We have a lovely summer house from Noah that we're using as an office and it was installed in less than 2 hours. Happy with the product and service.Posted on Sarah Mirza30 May 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Show room is lovely, well worth visiting. The products are amazing, we bought a very large summer house and the total cost and value for money compared to other companies were second to none. The only issue which isn’t asked at point of sale which I have fed back is access to the garden where the product is going. Before purchasing make sure you have this conversation, we were a linked detached with only access to the garden through the garage which later cost us £300 to have to have the panels built to size to fit through the garage door and a section built a lot smaller. That being said the two guys that came to fit Paul being one, well they deserve 5* just on their own. We have never met two more, helpful, pleasant guys ever. These two are a real asset and credit to you.
The best design is one that suits your work habits and garden space. Look for insulation, natural light, ventilation and enough room for your equipment.
You can start with as little as 2m x 2m. Most people choose a footprint between 2.5m and 3.5m deep, depending on layout and usage.
Yes. Ours are fully insulated in the floor, roof and walls using breathable, high-performance materials. This keeps the space usable all year.
Absolutely. We pre-wire your cabin for electrics, and you can run Wi-Fi from your home router or use a wired connection or booster.
Usually not. If your office is under 2.5m in height and fits within permitted development rights, you won’t need planning permission.
Costs start from around £12,000. The final price depends on the size, materials, features and finish you choose.
Keep it simple: a good desk, ergonomic chair, and clever storage. We can help with built-in shelves or furniture that suits your layout.
Beyond offices, small garden buildings make great studios, therapy rooms, craft spaces, reading nooks or even compact gyms.
