    • The walls to this building are horizontally cladded as a standard.

    Our buildings come with thick sawn flooring as standard. This is great for general purpose for some users may want improved flooring for special use.

    Our Polyester felt is heavy duty and great for basic garden rooms. Our roofing upgrades are much more robust and will last significantly longer against adverse weather conditions.

  • Ground screw base

    Our ground screw base foundation are an environmentally friendly solution that is quick and easy to install in soft ground. It's low impact on local wildlife and immediate load ability means you save time, money and the environment. This solution also means there is no need for digging, concrete and general mess you would normally create with a traditional foundation, saving time & extensive labour. Our ground screw base option includes the materials required and professional installation by one of our teams at Noah.

    Ground Screw Bases are only available within 150 miles from Noah Garden Rooms. The price varies based on distance, please add your garden room to the cart and use the postcode look up in the checkout for a quote. For more information and price estimates, please refer to the Ground Screw page.

    Choose whether to fit the building yourself or have our professionally trained craftsmen do everything for you.

    We offer free delivery within 150 miles of our showsite in TF7 4QN. If you're outside of this please contact us for a quick and easy delivery quote.

    • Collect your building from our manufacturing unit.
    • Free delivery within 150 miles of our show site.
    • Have your building fitted by our professional fitters for FREE if you are within 25 miles of our show site.

Welcome to Noah Garden Rooms. This building has been hand crafted in our Shropshire based workshop.

The Whitefield is a simplistic shed. It is completed with a single door and double – ideal for storage

The size of the building in the photos is 20ftx10ft, but feel free to customise the size below

This Noah garden room comes complete with everything you need, including:

  • Pressure treated tanalised Ex 22mm t&g cladding (Walls);
  • Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Framework;
  • Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Roof joists;
  • Tanalised Ex 16mm t&g roof boards;
