This is our Deluxe version of the Roseberry model, which features professionally-installed uPVC windows and doors. The modern pent design and long glass makes this one of our most popular models. You will be the envy of your neighbours with this building!
The size of the building in the photos is 10ftx6ft, but this can be made in any size to suit your requirements.
All of our PVC and aluminium doors and windows comes with a 10 year frame warranty along with a two year glass warranty for ultimate peace of mind.
This Noah Garden Room comes complete with everything you need, including:
- Pent roof;
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) framework;
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) roof joists;
- Pressure treated tanalised Ex 22mm loglap cladding (walls);
- Tanalised Ex 16mm roof boards;
- Tanalised Ex 22mm tongue and groove floor; or
- Other flooring upgrades available;
- 8ft to the top of the ridge to 7ft6 to the eaves externally (excluding canopy);
- Up to 4 x white double glazed uPVC windows (Choice of 2100mmx600mm or 1524mmx457mm);
- 4ft white double glazed uPVC doors (2100mmx1200mm);
- Different colour uPVC upgrades available;
- 2ft roof canopy;
- EPDM rubber roof (other upgrades available);
- Walls insulated with premium foil insulation and fully boarded with 9mm Bead & Butt;
- MultiFoil insulation in the roof and floors (Equivalent to 55mm of Polystyrene Insulation)
- Choice of external paint colours;
- Damp proof membrane;
- Free delivery and fitting within 150 miles of our show site!

Roseberry Eco Pod Garden Room
Hand-crafted in our Shropshire workshop, the Roseberry Eco Pod Garden Room teams pressure-treated 22 mm log-lap timber with a crisp pent roof, giving you contemporary looks, natural warmth and long-lasting protection.
Full insulation to roof, walls and floor, wide uPVC double doors and up to four matching windows flood the space with light, all sealed beneath a tough EPDM rubber roof and sheltered by a 2 ft canopy. Delivered and professionally fitted free within 150 miles of our show site, it’s a ready-to-enjoy retreat for work, hobbies or laid-back entertaining.
