Welcome to Noah Garden Rooms. This building has been hand crafted in our Shropshire based workshop.

This Noah garden room comes complete with everything you need, including:

  • ​Ex 22mm Heavy Duty Interlocking Cladding(Walls);
  • Tanalised (CLS 4×2) Framework;
  • Tanalised (CLS 4×2) Roof joists;
  • ​​Structural Grade OSB 3 Roof;
  • ​Structural Grade OSB 3 Floor;
  • 2.5m to the eaves (externally, approximately);
  • 3.9m to the top of the ridge (externally, approximately);
  • 8ft Aluminium Bifold 2440mm x 2050mm;
  • Single Aluminium 1200mm wide x 1500mm High Window;
  • 9mm Bead & Butt With 50mm Insulation slabs
  • EPDM Rubber roof.
  • Free delivery and fitting within 150 miles of our show site!

PLEASE NOTE- This building can only be installed over 2m away from a boundary! (Unless the base is sunken below ground level)

    Our ground screw base foundation are an environmentally friendly solution that is quick and easy to install in soft ground. It's low impact on local wildlife and immediate load ability means you save time, money and the environment. This solution also means there is no need for digging, concrete and general mess you would normally create with a traditional foundation, saving time & extensive labour. Our ground screw base option includes the materials required and professional installation by one of our teams at Noah.
