The Georgian Summerhouse is one of our most elegant buildings. With joinery made Georgian windows and doors, this is perfect for hosting summer nights in your garden with the option of a large roof canopy.

This Noah garden room comes complete with everything you need, including:
- Pressure treated tanalised Ex 22mm t&g cladding (Walls);
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Framework;
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Roof joists;
- Tanalised Ex 16mm t&g roof boards;
- Tanalised thick sawn floor boards;
- 6ft 6 to the eaves (externally);
- 8ft to the top of the ridge (externally);
- 2x Georgian 9 pane fixed windows;
- 4ft Georgian double door (not including locks and handles);
- 4ft solid double door;
- 2ft canopy;
- Heavy Duty Polyester Felt.
