If you are looking for a low maintenance building with a stylish, modern vibe then this is the building for you. Our composite will not absorb water, split or rot. This building can be enjoyed even in the most extreme weather conditions.
The size of the building in the photos is 8ftx8ft, but this can be made in any size to suit your requirements.
All of our PVC and aluminium doors and windows comes with a 10 year frame warranty along with a two year glass warranty for ultimate peace of mind.
This composite garden room comes complete with everything you need, including:

- 4ft white double glazed uPVC door;
- 2 x white double glazed uPVC windows (1524mm x 457mm or 600mm x 2100mm);

- EPDM rubber roof;
- Walls installed with Waterproof wall membrane, premium insulation foil and 9mm bead and butt;
- MultiFoil insulation in the roof and floors (Equivalent to 55mm of Polystyrene Insulation)
- 1ft canopy;
- Damp proof membrane;
