All of our PVC and aluminium doors and windows comes with a 10 year frame warranty along with a two year glass warranty for ultimate peace of mind.
This Timber Deluxe garden room comes complete with everything you need, including:

- Premium Tanalised t&g wall cladding (walls);
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) framework;

- Tanalised Ex 16mm t&g roof boards;
- Tanalised Ex 22mm tongue and groove floor (other flooring upgrades are available);
- 8ft to the top of the ridge to 7ft6 to the eaves externally (excluding canopy);
- 8ft Anthracite Grey double glazed aluminium double sliding door;
- Alternative colour and Aluminium options available;
- EPDM rubber roof;
- Walls installed with Waterproof wall membrane, insulated with insulation roll and fully boarded with a choice of white melamine or 9mm bead and butt;
- MultiFoil insulation in the roof and floors (Equivalent to 55mm of Polystyrene Insulation)
- 1ft canopy;
- Damp proof membrane;
