A garden yoga studio creates a peaceful, private sanctuary right outside your door. Whether you’re flowing through morning poses or winding down with evening meditation, a dedicated space makes it easier to focus, breathe and stay consistent.
At Noah, we design custom-insulated garden studios for yoga, wellness and mindfulness practice, tailored to your needs. From natural light and ventilation to calm finishes and flexible layouts, each studio is built to support quiet, restorative movement all year round.

A garden yoga studio is more than just an empty room; it’s a mindful space crafted to support your physical and mental wellbeing. These studios are light-filled, quiet and fully insulated so you can enjoy uninterrupted practice in every season. Whether you’re meditating, stretching or guiding a class, the layout is open and adaptable to your routine.
The result is a calm, minimalist space where your focus stays on the breath, not the background. You choose the finish, lighting and layout, and we build it to fit your body and your practice.

At Noah Garden Rooms, we design and build premium-quality garden rooms that combine craftsmanship, durability, and style — all at the most competitive prices in the UK.
We’re proud to be 5-star rated by our customers for our exceptional quality, service, and value. And if you’d like to see the craftsmanship for yourself, visit our indoor showroom to experience the superior design and finish of our garden rooms in person.
The best yoga studios feel effortless to move in and peaceful to be in. That’s why we help you design a layout that reflects your personal practice, whether you need space for solo meditation or room to teach small group sessions. Natural materials, calm lighting and fresh air are easy to build in from the start.

Start with 3×3 m for focused personal practice, or scale up to 4×3 m or 5×3.5 m for small classes and deeper stretches. We ensure enough clearance for full arm spans and dynamic transitions like sun salutations.

Choose between soft 3000K warm-white LED lighting for evening restorative sessions, or daylight-focused designs using rooflights and floor-to-ceiling windows to stay energised during morning vinyasa.

We offer cork, engineered hardwood or non-slip vinyl options. Cork is a favourite for yoga as it is naturally antimicrobial, sound-absorbent and provides a warm, cushioned surface that is kind to your joints.

Opt for sliding or bifold doors with flush thresholds to create a seamless transition to the outdoors. This step-free access removes trip hazards and allows your practice to flow right out onto a garden deck.

With proper insulation and ventilation, a Noah yoga studio stays peaceful and pleasant every month of the year. Unlike spare bedrooms or garages, these rooms are designed with natural materials and heating options that support barefoot use and a calm, steady atmosphere. You’ll never be too cold to start or too warm to focus.

Underfloor heating, infrared panels or eco-friendly wall heaters can be installed to suit your use and timing. Underfloor heating is particularly popular for yoga to keep the floor surface warm during floor-based poses.

Acoustic panels and high-grade insulation help maintain quiet and steady temperatures, blocking out neighbourhood noise so you can focus on your breath.

Soft lighting and natural air circulation support deeper breathing and longer sessions. We can install discreet trickle vents or opening windows to ensure the space stays fresh during intense practice.

Curtains, integrated blinds or frosted glazing options are available for full privacy while keeping the room bright and inviting.

We take care of every step in the process, from your first conversation to the final installation. Each garden yoga studio is handcrafted in our UK workshop using breathable, high-performing materials. Once your base is ready, our team installs the entire structure, connects the electrics and prepares it for use.
We listen to your goals, your preferred layout and the atmosphere you want to create. Whether it’s for personal mindfulness or professional teaching, we shape the design to suit your flow.
Everything is constructed in-house in our Telford facility, with smart insulation, natural materials and long-term comfort in mind. We ensure every joint is precise for a draft-free environment.
We’ll send you a detailed base plan to suit your chosen size. Whether you opt for a traditional concrete pad or a modern ground screw system, we provide the specifications to ensure a level, solid foundation.
We deliver your studio and install it with our trained in-house team. We handle the assembly and sealing, leaving the space ready to furnish so you can begin your practice without delay.

Really happy with our garden room… From the first visit to the showroom, to the final handing over of the keys.
Sales team and build team were professional and friendly. Always responded quickly to any queries and changes we wanted.
Left the site clean tidy on completion.
The room is exactly as imagined and can’t wait to start using it. Sure to add value to our property.

From ordering through to delivery the service was faultless. The Ashbourne garden room is well designed and solidly constructed. Communication from the Noah team was excellent with lots of updates and advice. The fitters arrived spot on time and worked hard to complete the installation, were very friendly and conscientious. They left the room and surrounding area spotless. Would not hesitate to recommend Noah to anyone considering getting a garden room from them.

I purchased a Mylor composite garden office from Noah garden rooms. Initially my partner and I were trepidatious about the base and delivery and the length of our garden as the stipulations by Noah were quite specific and our garden was quite away from the main road. I sent a video and multiple pictures of the site and then the base after it had been constructed, all the while liaising with Megan and Tilly at customer services to make sure everything went smoothly. On the day of the delivery the lads turned up nice and early and began work straight away. They didn’t mention how far away the site was or that we had to help because of the distance, just began work on the office. Unlike some workmen who spend all their time having lunch in their van these boys worked hard and for the two days kept me upto date as they went. I’m very happy with the office itself and can understand why the specifications are so specific. It’s been a month now and I love it, I spend a lot of time in there and have now made half into a library. Would recommend Noah to anybody who listened.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Really knowledgeable staff and so so helpful. Megan was so patient in answering all of my ridiculous questions. I have never ordered anything like this before, but the process was so easy and I felt very confident in what I was ordering as the website is really easy to navigate with really helpful information. The room was delivered and erected seamlessly with really polite, knowledgeable and courteous workmen. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I absolutely love my garden room – everything is exactly as I ordered and it looks fantastic. All of my expectations have been exceeded. I can’t believe what an easy and calm process it was from start to finish. Thank you so much.

In most cases, garden yoga studios fall under permitted development rights, meaning you will not usually need planning consent. However, factors such as overall size, how close the building is to boundaries or the way you plan to use the space can influence whether approval is required.
As a general rule, if your structure is under 2.5 m in height and positioned within your back garden, it will typically meet permitted development guidelines. Larger footprints, overnight-use rooms or buildings installed in conservation areas may still require planning checks, so it is worth confirming the details with your local authority.

We have a lovely summer house from Noah that we're using as an office and it was installed in less than 2 hours. Happy with the product and service.Posted on Sarah Mirza30 May 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Show room is lovely, well worth visiting. The products are amazing, we bought a very large summer house and the total cost and value for money compared to other companies were second to none. The only issue which isn’t asked at point of sale which I have fed back is access to the garden where the product is going. Before purchasing make sure you have this conversation, we were a linked detached with only access to the garden through the garage which later cost us £300 to have to have the panels built to size to fit through the garage door and a section built a lot smaller. That being said the two guys that came to fit Paul being one, well they deserve 5* just on their own. We have never met two more, helpful, pleasant guys ever. These two are a real asset and credit to you.
