Discover What Makes a Noah Garden Room Different

At Noah Garden Rooms, we design and build premium-quality garden rooms that combine craftsmanship, durability, and style — all at the most competitive prices in the UK.

We’re proud to be 5-star rated by our customers for our exceptional quality, service, and value. And if you’d like to see the craftsmanship for yourself, visit our indoor showroom to experience the superior design and finish of our garden rooms in person.

Design a Simulator Space That Works for You

Your simulator room should feel seamless to use. We work with you to plan the layout, measurements and fittings to suit your setup, whether it is golf-only or shared with a games zone or chill-out space. Many clients choose to include dual-use areas so the room becomes a multi-functional retreat, not just a training tool.

With the right configuration, your simulator room can also be used for putting drills, yoga, or even quiet work sessions in between rounds.

01.

Room Size and Dimensions

We recommend a space of at least 6 m length, 4 m width and 3 m height. Larger rooms offer more flexibility for dual-purpose use and group sessions.

02.

Swing and Impact Zone

Sim mats, netting and screens are fitted with enough clearance for safe full swings and both left or right-handed play, ensuring no interference with walls or ceilings.

03.

Lighting and Cabling

Overhead lighting, AV points, floor sockets and Wi-Fi options can all be pre-wired and installed for plug-and-play convenience from day one.

04.

Exterior Style and Finish

Choose from cedar, composite or treated timber in a range of finishes. Match your property’s aesthetic or opt for a discreet, professional look.

All-Weather Golf, All-Year Comfort

Simulator rooms from Noah are built with the same structural care as our garden offices or gyms. This means a warm, dry and well-lit space ready for training no matter the weather. Your equipment stays safe, your swing stays sharp and your routine stays uninterrupted.

Everything from insulation to door choice is considered for golf-specific use. Add heating, cooling or ventilation to keep things just right. Whether you’re training daily or hosting friends for a virtual round, the room is comfortable and ready to go whenever you are. And because it is weatherproof and secure, you will not need to pack down or store your setup after each use.

Year-Round Insulation

Thermal and Acoustic Insulation

Double insulation and optional soundproofing reduce outside noise and keep temperatures stable throughout the year.

Flooring and Wall Options

Reinforced flooring supports heavy golf mats and tech setups. Walls can be lined in soft or durable finishes to protect from ball impact.

Secure and Private

All rooms come with high-security locks, sealed glazing and options for blinds or blackout screens to protect your high-value kit and your privacy.

Ready for Serious Use

Compatible with full setups including 4K projectors, turf strips, putting zones or virtual golf course software.

From ordering through to delivery the service was faultless. The Ashbourne garden room is well designed and solidly constructed. Communication from the Noah team was excellent with lots of updates and advice. The fitters arrived spot on time and worked hard to complete the installation, were very friendly and conscientious. They left the room and surrounding area spotless. Would not hesitate to recommend Noah to anyone considering getting a garden room from them.

— Tony Lawther

I purchased a Mylor composite garden office from Noah garden rooms. Initially my partner and I were trepidatious about the base and delivery and the length of our garden as the stipulations by Noah were quite specific and our garden was quite away from the main road. I sent a video and multiple pictures of the site and then the base after it had been constructed, all the while liaising with Megan and Tilly at customer services to make sure everything went smoothly. On the day of the delivery the lads turned up nice and early and began work straight away. They didn’t mention how far away the site was or that we had to help because of the distance, just began work on the office. Unlike some workmen who spend all their time having lunch in their van these boys worked hard and for the two days kept me upto date as they went. I’m very happy with the office itself and can understand why the specifications are so specific. It’s been a month now and I love it, I spend a lot of time in there and have now made half into a library. Would recommend Noah to anybody who listened.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Really knowledgeable staff and so so helpful. Megan was so patient in answering all of my ridiculous questions. I have never ordered anything like this before, but the process was so easy and I felt very confident in what I was ordering as the website is really easy to navigate with really helpful information. The room was delivered and erected seamlessly with really polite, knowledgeable and courteous workmen. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I absolutely love my garden room – everything is exactly as I ordered and it looks fantastic. All of my expectations have been exceeded. I can’t believe what an easy and calm process it was from start to finish. Thank you so much.

Do You Need Planning Permission for a Garden Golf Simulator?

In most cases, golf simulator rooms fall under permitted development rights, meaning you will not usually need planning consent. However, factors such as overall size, how close the building is to boundaries or the way you plan to use the space can influence whether approval is required.

As a general rule, if your structure is under 2.5 m in height and positioned within your back garden, it will typically meet permitted development guidelines. Larger footprints, high roofs (often needed for golf) or buildings installed in conservation areas may still require planning checks, so it is worth confirming the details with your local authority.
