The only issue which isn’t asked at point of sale which I have fed back is access to the garden where the product is going. Before purchasing make sure you have this conversation, we were a linked detached with only access to the garden through the garage which later cost us £300 to have to have the panels built to size to fit through the garage door and a section built a lot smaller. That being said the two guys that came to fit Paul being one, well they deserve 5* just on their own. We have never met two more, helpful, pleasant guys ever. From order to installation the communication was outstanding, easy to order, great help on arranging delivery. Despite the planning and base building effort, the end result is well worth it. Was surprised that the window and door frames weren't painted or treated but full instructions were given on how to do this and paint was supplied. Original appointment was cancelled an hour after scheduled arriving time due to sickness and rearranged within 5 days after chasing. Delivery fee was kindly reimbursed due to this. Builders were great and had the job finished in a few hours, I just needed to clean the floor and walls and tidy up and was ready to use!
