Following the success of our Lydian garden room, we now offer the Winton Deluxe Garden Room – the same great design but with a whole host of extras. The deluxe range is designed for all year use.
Only question we cannot answer is what you will use your new deluxe garden room for? An additional out house room to relax with family or friends? Games room? Mancave? Gym?
All of our PVC and aluminium doors and windows comes with a 10 year frame warranty along with a two year glass warranty for ultimate peace of mind.
The size of the building in the photos is 14ftx10ft, but this can be made in any size to suit your requirements.
This Noah Garden Room comes complete with everything you need, including:
- Reverse apex roof;
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Framework;
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Roof Joists and floor bearers;
- Pressure treated tanalised Ex 22mm loglap cladding (Walls);
- Vertical Cladding;
- Tanalised Ex 16mm t&g roof boards;
- Tanalised Ex 22mm tongue and groove floor; or
- Other flooring upgrades available;
- 6ft 6 to the eaves (externally);
- 8ft to the top of the ridge (externally);
- Up to 2 x white double glazed PVC top opening windows (1524mmx457mm). Upgrades to other colours available;
- 4ft white double glazed PVC doors (2050mmx1200mm). Upgrades to other colours available;
- 2ft roof canopy;
- EPDM rubber roof (other upgrades available);
- Walls insulated with 50mm Insulation and fully boarded with 9mm Bead & Butt;
- MultiFoil insulation in the roof and floors (Equivalent to 55mm of Polystyrene Insulation)
- Choice of external paint colours;
- Damp proof membrane;
