If you are looking for a low maintenance building with a stylish, modern vibe then this is the building for you. Our composite will not absorb water, split or rot. This building can be enjoyed even in the most extreme weather conditions.
The size of the building in the photos is 24ftx10ft, but this can be made in any size to suit your requirements.
All of our PVC and aluminium doors and windows comes with a 10 year frame warranty along with a two year glass warranty for ultimate peace of mind.
This composite garden room comes complete with everything you need, including:

- 8ft to the top of the ridge to 7ft6 to the eaves externally (excluding canopy);
- White double glazed PVC double door (2100mm x 1200mm)
- 2x White double glazed PVC fixed windows (2100mm x 600mm);
- Alternative colour and uPVC options available;
- EPDM rubber roof;
- Internal walls installed with Waterproof wall membrane, insulated with insulation roll and fully boarded with a choice of white melamine or 9mm bead and butt;
- External walls and roof installed with Waterproof wall membrane installed with premium composite cladding;
- MultiFoil insulation in the roof and floors (Equivalent to 55mm of Polystyrene Insulation)
- 1ft canopy;
- Damp proof membrane;
