This is our elite version of the Roseberry model, which features professionally-installed uPVC windows and doors. The modern pent design and long glass makes this one of our most popular models. You will be the envy of your neighbours with this building!
All of our PVC and Aluminium doors and windows come with a 10 year frame warranty along with a two year glass warranty for ultimate peace of mind.
The size of the building in the photos is 10ftx6ft, but this can be made in any size to suit your requirements.
This Noah Garden Room comes complete with everything you need, including:

- Pressure treated tanalised Ex 22mm t&g cladding (walls);

Hand-crafted in our Shropshire workshop, the Roseberry Elite Garden Room pairs pressure-treated 22 mm tongue-and-groove timber with a sleek pent roof and floor-to-ceiling uPVC glazing, giving you contemporary style, natural warmth and durability that stands up to the British weather.
Fully insulated to roof, walls and floor, this bright retreat features wide double doors, up to four matching windows, a 2 ft canopy and a hard-wearing EPDM rubber roof for year-round comfort. Delivered and professionally fitted free within 150 miles of our show site, it’s a turnkey upgrade ready for work, hobbies or laid-back entertaining.
