Welcome to Noah Garden Rooms. This building has been hand crafted in our Shropshire based workshop.

All Contemporary garden buildings like this one come with FREE DELIVERY AND FITTING within 100 miles of our show site. Want to customise your building? Our Contemporary range is another premium model with large glass joinery windows and doors. Doors are supplied with a lock and handles. This model is a favourite for our customers who like to spend time in there new garden room with ample day light and a modern studio finish.

The size of the building in the photos is 10ftx6ft, but feel free to customise the size below

This Noah garden room comes complete with everything you need, including:

  • Pressure treated tanalised Ex 22mm t&g cladding (Walls);
  • Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Framework;
  • Tanalised (CLS 3×2) Roof joists;
  • Tanalised Ex 16mm roof boards;
  • Tanalised Ex 22mm t&g floor;
  • 6ft 8 to the eaves (externally);
  • 8ft to the top of the ridge (externally);
  • Choice of contemporary glass double door 1155mm x 1934mm or single door 810mm x 1934mm complete with lock and handles;
  • Up to 4 x contemporary toughened fixed glass windows 460mm x 1751mm (opening windows and other sizes available for additional fee);
  • 2ft roof canopy;
  • EPDM Rubber roof;
  • Damp proof course.

    Would you like to increase the low side from 6ft 6 to 7ft 6? If you select the additional height, you will also need to select the EPDM Rubber roof upgrade.  This will change any apex buildings to a pent.

  • Base/Foundation Options

    Our ground screw base foundation are an environmentally friendly solution that is quick and easy to install in soft ground. It's low impact on local wildlife and immediate load ability means you save time, money and the environment. This solution also means there is no need for digging, concrete and general mess you would normally create with a traditional foundation, saving time & extensive labour. Our ground screw base option includes the materials required and professional installation by one of our teams at Noah.

    Ground Screw Bases are only available within 150 miles from Noah Garden Rooms. The price varies based on distance, please add your garden room to the cart and use the postcode look up in the checkout for a quote. For more information and price estimates, please refer to the Ground Screw page.
