Our Cedar buildings are built from Canadian Weston Red Cedar which is naturally water repellent and long lasting. Cedar benefits from it’s unique tones which is sure to be the stand out piece to any garden.
All of our PVC and aluminium doors and windows comes with a 10 year frame warranty along with a two year glass warranty for ultimate peace of mind.
This cedar garden room comes complete with everything you need, including:
- Pent roof;
- Ex 25mm Western Red Cedar t&g cladding (walls);
- Tanalised (CLS 3×2) framework;
- Tanalised (CLS 4×2) roof joists;
- Structural Grade OSB 3 Roof;
- Structural Grade OSB 3 Floor;
- Other flooring upgrades available;
- 8ft to the top of the ridge to 7ft6 to the eaves externally (excluding canopy);
- 8ft Anthracite Grey Aluminium BiFold door ;
- 1 x Anthracite Grey double glazed Aluminium windows (1524mm x 457mm);
- Alternative colour and Aluminium options available;
- EPDM rubber roof;
- Walls installed with Waterproof wall membrane, insulated with insulation roll and fully boarded with a choice of Smooth MDF or 9mm bead and butt;
- MultiFoil insulation in the roof and floors (Equivalent to 55mm of Polystyrene Insulation)
- 1ft canopy
- Oil treated;
- Damp proof membrane;
