If you are looking for a low maintenance building with a stylish, modern vibe then this is the building for you. Our composite will not absorb water, split or rot. This building can be enjoyed even in the most extreme weather conditions.

The size of the building in the photos is 16ftx10ft, but this can be made in any size to suit your requirements.

All of our PVC and aluminium doors and windows comes with a 10 year frame warranty along with a two year glass warranty for ultimate peace of mind.

This composite garden room comes complete with everything you need, including:

  • Pent roof;
  • Premium Composite t&g wall cladding (walls);
  • Tanalised (CLS 3×2) framework;
  • Tanalised (CLS 4×2) roof joists;
  • ​Structural Grade OSB 3 Roof;
  • ​Structural Grade OSB 3 Floor;
  • 8ft to the top of the ridge to 7ft6 to the eaves externally (excluding canopy);
  • 8ft Anthracite Grey double glazed aluminium double sliding door;
  • Alternative colour and Aluminium options available;
  • EPDM rubber roof;
  • Walls installed with Waterproof wall membrane, insulated with insulation roll and fully boarded with a choice of white melamine or 9mm bead and butt;
  • MultiFoil insulation in the roof and floors (Equivalent to 55mm of Polystyrene Insulation)
  • 1ft canopy;
  • Damp proof membrane;

Finished with a clean pent roof, full insulation to walls, roof and floor, wide anthracite-grey aluminium sliding doors and a durable EPDM rubber roof, it arrives ready for work or relaxation.     Our ground screw base foundation are an environmentally friendly solution that is quick and easy to install in soft ground. It's low impact on local wildlife and immediate load ability means you save time, money and the environment. This solution also means there is no need for digging, concrete and general mess you would normally create with a traditional foundation, saving time & extensive labour. Our ground screw base option includes the materials required and professional installation by one of our teams at Noah.
