The client’s goal was to bring the golf course home, regardless of the unpredictable Welsh weather. They required a spacious environment capable of housing a full-scale golf simulator setup while simultaneously serving as a high-end “man cave” or social bar area for entertaining friends. We constructed a 7m x 4.25m Belfry garden room, a model specifically selected for its generous footprint and robust structural integrity. To achieve a sophisticated, moody aesthetic, the exterior is finished in charcoal composite cladding, providing a sharp contrast against the greenery.

Access is provided via a seamless sliding door, which allows for a wider opening to connect the bar area to the garden, effectively blurring the lines between indoor play and outdoor relaxation.

Optimised Dimensions for Swing Clearance

The 7m x 4.25m footprint is perfectly proportioned for golf. The depth and width allow for a full, unobstructed swing for both left- and right-handed players, while providing enough distance between the tee mat and the impact screen for an accurate, immersive simulation experience.
