Ground Screw Foundation information
Unsure you have the right base for one of our buildings? Interested in getting a base built but don’t know where to go?
Let us take care of it all for you. Our ground screw base system can be used and meet permitted development. If within 2 metres of a boundary, the ground must have a run off of no more than 200mm. For buildings situated more than 2m from a boundary, the maximum run off can be 500mm.

Important Information
- The maximum ground run-off must be less than 200mm when within 2m of a boundary to meet permitted development
- Our bases are suitable for grass, hardcore, clay, soil, chalk, and sandstone.
- Our bases are not suitable for man made areas such as concrete, slabs or brick
- Our ground screw foundation is included in our garden room turn key service, included in your quote through our design your own configurator at the top of each page
- Garden pods and garden buildings – prices vary based on distance from Noah Garden Rooms.
- Please check if you have any utilities running under ground where you plan to place your garden room.
