Hand-built in our Shropshire workshop, the Otley Timber Deluxe Combi Garden Room pairs premium tanalised tongue-and-groove cladding with a striking reverse-apex roof, giving you the natural warmth of real timber in a contemporary silhouette that stands up to the British weather for years to come.
Full insulation to roof, walls and floor, 8 ft anthracite-grey aluminium bifold doors, a matching solid UPVC side door and a rugged EPDM rubber roof create a bright studio space with separate access for storage or hobbies. Delivered and professionally fitted free within 150 miles of our show site, it’s a turnkey upgrade ready for work, relaxation or entertaining.
